About Newnes Holiday Flats
We are Member's of Skegness East Coast and Wolds Hospitality Association (SECWHA). As members of the association, our accommodation has been indepently inspected to ensure it conforms to their rigorous standards of quality and safety, we have been awarded 2 and 1/2 stars under their Rest assured scheme.
Ideally situated for beach, shops, the theatre and much more. The flats overlook the boating lake, and bowling greens. Our Front flats above ground floor level also have sea views. The Railway and coach stations are within 10-15 minutes walk or a short taxi ride.
We are able to provide free private off road parking at rear of premises plus limited parking at the front. We have ground floor flats available, 1 and 2 bedroom flats available and Well behaved pets are welcome.
On arrival you will be given your own keys. Each flatlet is thoroughly cleaned each week and is normally ready for occupation by 12 noon on day of arrival. You are requested to vacate your flat by 09-30 on the day of your departure.
Unfortunately we can not taking booking's for teenage or single sex groups. Families and couples only .
Each Flat is pleasantly decorated and furnished as well having the benefit of double glazing. All are equipped full sized electric cookers microwave, toaster, fridge, all cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. There is a clothes drying area in the garden at the rear of the property.
It should be noted that when entering premises from South Parade there are 6 steps up to front door.
Flats 3, and 3A can be accessed from Drummond Road without having to climb any stairs / steps.
