Flatlet No 2
	Self contained studio flatlet on the ground floor at the front of the house looking out across the bowling green, crazy golf etc. Consists of combined bed/sitting room with integral kitchen area. En-suite shower/toilet Prices 170-00 GBP per week Low Season 240-00 GBP per week High Season

Flatlet No 3
	Self contained ex owners accommodation on the lower ground floor when entering from the front of the premises, but ground floor when entering from the rear ( Drummond Road ) Comprises of Sitting room, double bedroom with bath/toilet en-suite, fitted kitchen/dining area There is also a bed settee in the sitting room Prices 195-00 GBP per week Low Season 275-00 GBP per week High Season
