As members of Skegness Self Catering Association our accommodation has been inspected to ensure it conforms to the Association's rigorous standards of quality and safety.
The flats are ideally situated on the sea front to the south of the clock tower at the quieter end of town, overlooking the boating lake, and bowling greens. Front flats above ground floor level have sea views. You will be within a few minutes walking distance of all main shops, the major sea front attractions, and of course the beach.
The Railway and coach stations are within 10-15 minutes walk or a short taxi ride.
Each Flat is pleasantly decorated and furnished as well having the benefit of double glazing. All are equipped with 2 ring electric cookers (except flat 3 which has 4 ring cooker), microwave, toaster, fridge, all cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. There is a clothes line and pegs available in the garden for clothes drying.
It should be noted that when entering premises from South Parade there are 6 steps up to front door. Flats 3, and 3A can be accessed from Drummond Road without having to climb any stairs / steps.
All flats have full sized double beds
The main bedroom/sleeping area of each flat has en suite facilities
Each flat has at least one colour T.V.
Electricity is supplied through meters, which take pound coins ( except flat no 3 )
Please note that all flats except flat No 3 and 3a there is an extra flight of stairs when entering from the car parking area
Each flatlet is thoroughly cleaned each week and is normally ready for occupation by 12 noon on day of arrival.
You are requested to vacate your flat by 09-30 on day of departure.
