Each Flat is pleasantly decorated and furnished as well having the benefit of double glazing. All are equipped
full sized electric cookers microwave, toaster, fridge, all cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, vacuum cleaner,
iron and ironing board. There is a clothes drying area in the garden at the rear of the property
It should be noted that when entering premises from South Parade there are 6 steps up to front door.
Flats 3, and 3A can be accessed from Drummond Road without having to climb any stairs / steps.

Please note that all flats except flat No 3 and 3a there is an extra flight of stairs when entering from the

Each flatlet is thoroughly cleaned each week and is normally ready for occupation by 12 noon on day of arrival.
You are requested to vacate your flat by 09-30 on day of departure.
